'Roti Kapda Aur Makaan', the film had a social message in it and if one looks at it critically it was a social film but the music and the director Manoj Kumar’s genius ensured that this serious film was a blockbuster. The music though not great supported the film and songs like ‘Main na bhooloonga’ and ‘Haay haay yeh majboori’ were extremely popular. Quite a decent buy.
